Bile salts essential for emulsification of fats. Its release is stimulated by cholecystokinin.

Pepsin is a protease enzyme which helps in digestion of proteins.

Carbohydrate - alpha amylase involved in partial digestion of carbohydrates which yields dextrin

Lipase - involved in lipid digestion, which hydrolyses acyl chain.

Micelle helps in transport and absorption of lipids
