Data interpretation between Sea urchins and Samon as per Chargaff's rule:

Chargaff'r rule: It is defined as the equal ratio of existing nitogen bases for insatnce Adenine is omplementary to thymine (A=T) with 2 hydrogen bonds with equal ratio of composition and guanine is complementary fo cytosine (G =C) with 3 hydrogen bonds with equal ratio of composition. All together finally it must have 100% of nase composition.

In the above experiment on sea urchin genome composition and salmon composition, the following differences has observed as per Chragaff's rule.

Sea urchin genome: Adenine ---> 32.8 %

                             Thymine ----> 32.1 %

                                               32.8 + 32.1 = 64.9 % (A = T)

                              Guanine ---> 17.7 %

                              Cytosine ----> 17.3 %

                                               17.7% + 17.3% = 35% (G =C)

               Finally A + T + G+ C =====> 99.9%

Salmon genome: Adenine ---> 29.7 %

                          Thymine ---> 29.1%

                             A + T ===> 58.8%

                         Guanine -----> 20.8%

                         Cytosine -----> 20.4%

                             G + C ====> 41.2%

        Now A+T+G+C ==== ======> 1005

Conclusion: In the sea urchin genome composition determination as per Chargaff's rule, 0.1% error was observed with base composition is 99.9% whereas in case of salmon genome composition 05 eror was observed with base composition 100%
