Answer #1

Last option

Fatty acid synthesis starts with glycerol 3 phosphate which is then converted to lysophosphatidic acid (LA) by enzyme GPAT and FA CO A as cofactor. LA is then converted to phosphatidic acid (PA) by FA CO A as cofactor and AGPAT enzyme. PA is then converted to diacylglycerol by PAP enzyme and then to triacylglycerol by FA CO A cofactor and DGAT enzyme.

FA CO A = fatty acyl coenzyme A

GPAT = glycerol 3 phosphate acyltransferase

AGPAT = acylglycerophosphate acyltransferase

PAP = PA hydrolase

DGAT = diacylglycerol acyltransferase
