Answer : The correct option is B ( New DNA strands are being synthesized in the 5' to 3' direction using their DNA templates.

Explanation : The picture depicts the synthesis of DNA. Here DNA is getting synthesized using both strands as templates. the strand synthesizing continuously is called as leading stand and the one that is synthesizing is termed as lagging strand. Synthesis of leading strand occurs along the direction of movement of replication fork and the lagging strand synthesis occurs against the direction of the movement of replication fork. This is due to the fact that all DNA Polymerases synthesizes DNA in 5' to 3 direction.
