If a single crossover occurs between two genes in 30% of the cells that are undergoing meiosis, what percentage of the total gametes will be genetic recombinants with respect to those two genes?

15 % because one cell produces 4 gametes in which 2 will be parental and 2 will be recombinant. So if crossing over is occurring in 30% of the cells then 15% will be the recombinant gametes produced.
