“How does company morale problem affect companies?”
Company moral describes the overall Outlook, attitude satisfaction and confidence of the employees who was working in the organisation. When the employees are positive and motivated about the working environment and they believe that they can lead the most important career needs in the organisation they always feel positive and moral is always high. On the other hand if the company is having no moral amongst its employees it becomes very difficult for the company to perform well, this is because it creates a negative feeling in the mind of the employee. So it is very important for the company to take care of it employees and always motivate them inspire them and do things which are in favor of them. High employee moral can help business organisation achieve its objectives and goals in a timely manner. If the employees are not having high moral in the company it can create a lot of problems within the organisation such as decreased productivity, more employee turnover and not paying attention to detail in the work. The problems associated with employee moral are if the people are feeling low towards the job their feelings are tied towards the behavior and attitude and it negatively affects the work culture in the organisation on the other hand good moral makes the employees committed towards their responsibilities, loyal to their jobs and motivated to be productive towards their work.

In order to maintain an culture of of good company moral, the top management has an important role to play. Top management lies in the fact that it is responsible for creating human resource policies in such a way that it boost up the moral of the employees. These policies towards the employees should include the guiding values of how people must be treated within the organisation. Behavior such as open criticism of the employees in the workplace not only makes the employee demotivated but it creates an atmosphere of negativity in the organisation, hands criticism should always be personal. On the other hand appreciation should always be public, people should be encouraged for the good performance in the public and always be rewarded and recognized in public. The fact of having a good moral is whatever gets rewarded gets repeated. If the employees are rewarded and appreciated for there good performance this type of performance will always be repeated. Summary- Having good moral in the organisation will boost the productivity by adopting the best HR practices.
