First of all, it is not right to view immigration as a problem as it is a natural phenomenon and is bound to take place whenever people see better living conditions in other countries. This can however impose some cultural and ethnic issues to the natives of the countries and therefore the following steps are suitable and suggested. The population that is immigrating should be accepted whole heartedly by the native population. Also, the immigrating population should show love and mutual respect for the other people who are different in cultural terms.

There can be several pros relating to immigration, some of which are listed as follows. The most important one has to be that immigration leads to increase in the diversity and heritage of a country. This can also be very positive for the economic diversity of a nation. Also, it increases the population base of a country.

There are also several cons that are generally associated with immigration and some of them are listed as follows. The first and most primary one can be that it can lead to over population issues for the countries that are doing better than others. Also, it can encourage disease transmission. This is when someone who carries the disease transfers it to the new population.

Some of the modern day solutions that are being suggested for immigration are the integration of the population and bridging the cultural gaps that currently exist between the migrants and the natives. Also, regional engagement and legal immigration reforms are the way to go forward for the concerned countries.
