To conduct a literature review, we first have to be particular about the topic and its boundaries. For example, in searching about obesity stereotypes and biases, we need to search about the reviews discussing the impact of stereotypes and biases on lifestyle, physical and psychological health status. Also, we need to focus on regional differences in the stereotypes and biases regarding obesity and comparison of health and lifestyle statuses of the people.

Collecting the relevant articles, identifying the common supporting points in different articles and their organization provides evidence-based data.
