Answer:

Gravitational force interacts similarly with dark matter as it does with ordinary matter.

Electromagnetic force does not interact with dark matter since it does not emit, reflect or absorb light. However electromagnetic force interacts with ordinary matter since ordinary matter reflects, absorbs and emits light in varying spectrums.

Thus:

Ordinary matter only: Gravitational, Electromagnetic.

Dark matter only: Gravitational.

Dark matter and Ordinary matter: Gravitational.
