Question

Consider the RC Circuit shown below. Assume the excitation is a 10 kHz sine wave with amplitude of 1 volt. Derive expressions for the voltages across the resistor and the capacitor as time functions. Plot the voltages across the resistor and the capacitor over two periods using MATLAB and a reasonable time interval (eg, M-T720). Capture the plot and paste it as Figure 1 in the report form R1 V1 V2 100 V1 C1 RC Circuit

Need help with matlab code. If writing code out please make it where i can understand and read it. I would prefer to see it in matlab form. Thanks

Matlab Script:

T=1/10000;

t = 0:T/20:2*T;

vR = 0.532*sin((2*pi*10000*t)+(57.857*pi/180));

vC = 0.847*sin((2*pi*10000*t)+(-37.143*pi/180));

subplot(211);
plot(t,vR);

subplot(212);
plot(t,vC);
