Health is important for all. In order to maintain the health of the population healthcare policy are formulated. The Congress plays the most important part which can impact the healthcare policy .This is because it assess the needs ,identifies the priorities ,plans and implement policy, ensures adequate funding are provided .In simple it manages the entire process of healthcare policy .Though president has the power it is more effective when joined with the Congress and decisions are made. Otherwise in simple Congress has more impact on healthcare policy.
