Answer #1

As I have noticed as a citizen that government attitudes and lack of public engagement influencing citizens involvement in public policy input and formulation create avoidance of citizens.

It depends upon the government planning and practices regarding public participation in formulations of public policy and creating dissatisfaction in citizens because of avoidance citizens empowerment and facilities.

Citizens participation in government policymaking, development, decision making, welfare programs, etc create satisfaction of citizens and solid growth and welfare possible.

Public participation is a unique and well-planned practice to create a powerful economy and hassle-free policies.

These are the following two ideas that create citizens participation in public policy input and strategy formulation-

1) There should be an online suggestions portal that creates a bridge between government and citizens.

2) There should be voting rights to citizens in public policy formulation.
