I was told that the answer to this question is between 8nM and 16nM. I just do not know what the exact number is. Please help!!
What is the maximum concentration of DNA I can practically have? Promoter 32.6 nM RBS-64.8 nM Vector 100.4 nM The answer is between 8nM and 16nM

DNA concentration is estimated by measuring the absorbance at 260nm, adjusting the A260 measurement for turbidity, multiplying by the dilution factor and using the relationship that an A260 of 1.0=50 microgram/ml pe dsDNA.

The answer is 12nm.
