Medical clearance.

     If a client is having any history of heart disease, the trainer should take the medical clearance certificate in order to assess and make sure that the clients health condition to perform any workouts. If a person is having any heart diseases or associated problems proper investigation should be taken by the trainer. As the trainer has no rights to do running test, walking test or any other if he is a patient with the problems. So that the trainer should have taken the medical clearance certificate from the doctor or the patients medical records and confirm that he is alright to perform the exercises or workouts.
