Answer #1

Transcription initiation step in prokaryotes.

The transcription process intiation required the enzymes RNA polymerase and and specific supply of RNA nucleiotides.

1) During the intiation of transcription enzyme RNA polymerase bind to specific site of the promotor.it also include the strand of DNA serve the template for the synthesis of RNA .

2) The enzyme RNA polymerase also assemble the type of free nucleiotides in the new chain with the help of complementary base pairing.

3) The intiation of transcription the new chain of RNA grow and enzyme RNA polymerase moves in DNA.

4) the promotor escape is the final step in which intiation of transcription the enzyme RNA polymerase have de novo phosphodiester types bond synthesis and holding of promotor occur on DNA with the downstream region.
