These are on the list of things i need to know for my final and i dont understand them or know the answer, can someone explain please??

Anodizing in aluminium - Anodizing of aluminium is done to make the aluminium more corrosion resistive and have various other benefits such as the anodized aluminium layers are non-conductive and anodized aluminium have better adhesion and lubrication .

By definition , we can say that the anodizing in aluminium is a process used to coat the layer of aluminium and thus making it corrosion resistive and non - conductive .

But there are Color variations occuring in the anodizing process which are mainly due to its shape and size , alloy , and the tank chemistry of the anodizers used .

These parameters are the major factors we are not able to maintain the exact color in two more anodizing aluminium .

Alloys having different chemical or metal composition plus the above factors contribute to the issues regarding color variable . For optimum results we can use for the extrusion process , (6063) alloy and the alloy 5005 of the aluminium for the process of the fabrication .

From creep category - as the creep strength indicates the material's ability to withstand distortion , in this category I think the austenitic ( Stainless steel ) are better choice .

For machinability of stainless steel - as the process of machinability is regarded as the cumbersome process but 302 annealed ( stainless steel ) are better option for machinability for this process .
