here,

from figure, R2 and R4 are in series,
r' = R2 + R4
r' = 460 + 147
r' = 607 Ohms

now r' will be parallel with R3,
r'' = r'*r3/(r'+R4)
r'' = 607*230/(607+230)
r'' = 166.8 Ohms

now this r'' will in series with R1
Req = R'' + R1
Req = 166.8 + 530
Req = 696.8 Ohms
