Imagine you’re assigned to manage a group of 10 people. You have to make a decision that will make some people happy and some upset. How would you make that decision? Based on Facts? Based on Feelings? Maximizing the number of people who are happy? To get the most value? Based on what is morally right? Explain.

The decision for the following procees would be needed to be takeren based on the process of providing the most value based on the needs of the group. This would not only provide us to keep the best interests of the employees but the company as well. When decisions are based on utilitarian theory, the best possible goal as well as structure can be realized in order achieve organizational effiency.
