Yes, location is a critical aspect of a company's culture because based on the location and the people residing in that location, the culture of the organization has to vary because local employees will be hired in large numbers. organizations tend to follow the culture of the location they are established and the culture vary to some extent based on the location. If we talk about the southeastern part of USA we will see that this part consist of the African American population and therefore the organizational culture will be influenced by their culture and that is quite obvious. Foreign population is more in these area and they have a mixed culture therefore the organization should adopt this culture and work towards creating a mix.
