Impulses originating from the Organ of Corti (on the left side) are eventually transferred to the: Select one: a. visual cortThe cochlea is a part of the inner ear that contains the Organ of Corti, the receptor end of the organ of hearing. The hair cells in the Organ of Corti stimulates the formation of auditory impulses. Auditory impulses thus formed get transmitted to the auditory cortex of the temporal lobe. The primary auditory cortex is a part of the temporal lobe.
