Me Me oxygen is more electronegative than nitrogen

The presence of lone pair of electrons on nitrogen are delocalised towards the ring as the lone pair is in conjugation with the doublebond. Further, the methyl group on nitrogen is an electron donating group and activates the nitrogen by pushing electrons towards nitrogen by hyperconjugation.

However in dihydro furan, the electrons constituting the double bond are delocalised away from the ring and towards oxygen, as oxygen is highly electronegative than nitrogen
