2. What are some of the reasons given by employers for rejecting Asian American applicants?

3. Do you think the disparity in callbacks is an indication that there is discrimination against Asian Americans? Explain.

Those who reject you just on the basis that you are an Asian American or have an Asian name, doesnot value your skill.

These people only know how to discriminate, the donot have genuin reason and the donot need it. The have one sided mindset.

Be straightforward and show them their true face. Prove them wrong by your character.
