I think I known the answers for 1 and 2 however I am a little unsure of the reasoning behind 3.

Please identify if the Agenes are orthologous or paralogous to the B genes (e.g. A1 to B2). 3. Please explain why the A gene phylogeny matches the B gene phylogeny, and why they both match the organismal phylogeny.
