mass flow rate = 4.0 mg per 10 min
= 0.40 mg/min
volume flow rate = mass flow rate / density
= (0.40 mg/min)/(3 mg/10 mL)
= 0.40 *10/3 mL/min
= 4/3 mL/min
Answer: 4/3 mL/min
