A) Ethanol has higher boiling point point then dimethyl ether because alcohol is highly polar and undergoes string H bonding due to which it's boiling point increases.

B) Azeotropic mixtures are constantly boiling mixtures of two or more liquids. The proportion of constituents in liquid and vapour phase is same therefore the boil at cons6 temperature .

C) In simple distillation ,thermometer is inserted in the distillation flask through a hole in the cork stopper.

D) Distillation is used to seperately two liquids which have difference in their boiling points such as water and ethanol mixture can be separated using distillation technique.

And water and salt water can be separated using distillation.
