the society for human resource management now utilizes the terms diversity and iclusiveness together why do you think that is the case what would you do to accomplish both simultaneously
The terms 'diversity' and 'inclusiveness' are interrelated to quite an extent as both requires a person to have competency in multiple skills set.
Diversification signifies the quality of being able to solve a problem or to achieve the desired results through various strategies. The person must not stick to just 'one plan for all' strategy.
Inclusiveness denotes the act of dealing with a wide range of areas. This becomes easy if you are diversified.
Therefore, the person should always be open to face new challenges and be flexible to add more variety to his skills set in order to achieve both the traits simultaneously.
Both of these terms are crucial for a person to become a leader. (Note that every leader will become a good manager but not every manager can become a good leader) This is the reason HRM seeks the mix of these qualities in each person they meet.
