The dual value for a less than or equal to constraint gives the increment in objective function that will happen if one more unit of the constraint is added. In the above case all the pieces were used up so it is an <= constraint. So dual value of 20 for a large piece means that an additional large piece will add $20 to the profit and removing a large piece will cost $20 in profit.
