1. What were your strengths of this presentation in terms of content (e.g. organization, substance, message)?

• Good knowledge on the topic
• Practical approach towards the problem solution
• Strong appeal to deliver the right content
• Speaking clearly as well as distinctly with no mispronunciation
• Good facial expression

2. What were your strengths of this presentation in terms of delivery (e.g. voice, body movement, language)?

• Face to face contact was maintained with the audience.
• Head movement was in affirmative.
• The good combination of speech, pause and emphasize (stress) on words.
• Sense of humor at certain interval of time

3. What aspects of content could be improved?

• Focal point could have been more on positive outcomes.
• Issues which are trending in the current market surroundings could have been discussed.
• Highlighting social causes and issues get more response from audience.

4. What aspects of delivery could be improved?

• The delivery time should be reduced to lower time limits such that audience will not get bored.
• Content should not be limited to speech.
• It must have audio, video practical demonstrations to involve the audience in a best possible way.

5. What are your goals for improvement in the next speeches you give? What can you do (before and/or during the next presentation) to address your weaknesses and build upon your strengths?

• Convincing the audience about the past practices is a bit difficult, because the audience is mixed and responds with mixed reactions. Sometimes, it may not be able to convince the audience to settle upon the similar ideas
• Learning different languages and allowing oneself to more than one language will help to get audience of other languages get on board and involve with the speaker.
• Increasing vocabulary on the topic chosen will significantly have a constructive outcome.

The following things play a crucial role:

• Sound knowledge
• Subject Expertise
• Fluency in communication

The above mentioned factors play an important role in the initial stages. Later, body expressions such as eye contact with audience, body posture, hands movement also play a significant role.
