In healthcare system,providing care is not only the responsibility of healthcare but it is necessary to provide safe and quality care.The patients outcome depends upon the safety and quality of the care.

If a person is admitted to hospital then he should be able to decrease his illness but not to get more diseases because of poor quality and safety of the hospital condition and care providers.

If we provide people center's with timely and effective care then we can minimise the risks and errors.Negative outcome of care include morbidity and mortality.But by increasing the quality of care which include patient center's and evidence based care, communication between patients and care providers and following the guidelines provided by the organisation will increase the quality of care.

The purpose of quality, safety and PPE initiatives is to reduce the exposure to chemical ,physical injuries and biological agents which harms people.But by this initiatives the patients and as well as helathcare providers will be able to protect themselves and others from illness and injuries.
