Atrial fibrillation; Sinoatrial node

It occurs because the electricla impulses doesnot triggered from Sinoatrial node, instead, chaotic multiple impulses fired with quivering rhythm in atria. hence the atria doesnot contract or pump the blood properly.

Atrial flutter; Atrioventricular node

It occurs due to some degree of conduction block in Atrio ventricular node and thus causing cardiac arrhythmia with the rate of 240-400 beats / minute

premature ventricular contraction; purkinje fibers

It occurs relatively as anormal event when electrical conduction takes place from purkinje fibres in the ventricles instead of SA node, where the normal conduction occurs.

Atrial ventricular block;atrio ventricular bundles

It occurs when electrical conduction from atria to ventricle is abnormally slow or getting blocked and classified into 3 types according to degree of blocks.

1st degree

Electrical conduction is abnormally slow but atria is conducted to the ventricles

2nd degree

It occurs when some impulses are blocked and some may not. you can see not all p waves followed by QRS complexes

3rd degree

No atrial impulses are conducted to the ventricles. it is completely disassociated with each other
