According Equilibrium law to Hardy-Weinberg , the frequency relative of alleles in the constant population remains from generation to generation in a population of sexually reproducing organisms:

(i) that accident of sampling may be ignored so The population is large enough.

(ii) randomly Mating takes place.

(iii) Always Mutation does not take place, in both directions the rate is same.

(iv) Have equal reproduction rates and All the members of the population survive equally.

Factors affecting the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium:

Which affect the genetic equilibrium and induce the variability in the population there are five factors. These factors are called evolutionary agents.

(2) Recombinations during Sexual Reproduction

(3) Genetic Drift

(4) Gene Migration (Gene Flow)
