how can I(immunhistochemistry) IHC be used to judge the virulence of 2 neuro-invasive virus strains in mouse infections?
can u also reference a good website or paper that explains it also?
Viruses generally insert their genome to the host cell genome and when the host genome multiplies, the viral genome also multiply. The viral envelope, made by proteins also produced by using the host amino acids. Now we should produce or select some antibodies which have potentiality to bind with those viral envelope protein and link them with fluorescent markers. Fluorescent markers easily emits some light when they bind with the antigen. Now the antibodies are applied by vesicles to the nerve cell, suspected as the virus affected. If the nerve cell fluoresce some light or colour then the cell is supposed as virus infection. The intensity of the light/colour from the nerve cell indicates to the amount of viral lode.
You can get the mechanism at the book of immunology - Kuby.

Cheetahs are very susceptible to virus infections and certain viruses can kill 9/10 cheetahs. Cheetahs also readily accept skin transplants from un-related individuals. You sequence the MHC I gene from several Cheetahs (getting the DNA was difficult) and find that they are identical. Explain how the limited diversity in MHC I explains low transplant rejection.
Hello I just need to change the words of this paragraphs, same thing but different words thanks This article focuses on the research performed on patients which appeared to test positive for galactomannan which is a component of the cell wall of funguses which can be triggered by funguses or cell growth of species such as Candida Glabartara. Having a positive result, means that there is a presence of some fungal specimen in the patient’s body. This is interesting because...
