During the translation of proteins from mRNA template, the tRNA brings amino acids to ribosome unit where it binds to its complementory codon in mRNA, a correct binding initiates forward movement of ribosome, with peptide chain being formed.

2. The correct option is B. constantly,

Constitutive genes are kind of genes which are essential in maintaining the cellular function of our body, so they need to be transcribed and expressed continuously, unlike facultative genes which are not essential and they are expressed when needed.

3. The correct answer is C. frame shift mutation,

Unlike point mutations, which lead to change in single amino acid of a polypeptide chain, sometimes which does not even have a comparable lethal effect on cell, the frame shift mutation however leads to insertions or deletions of two or more bases which can shift entire reading frame of a sequence, which leads to translation of an entirely different type of protein, leading to harmful effects.
