Suppose A is a company in an advanced market and B is a company in a developing market.

Similarity: In both the markets, both companies would enjoy huge market potentiality. Therefore both can strengthen their businesses. In an advanced market, advanced technology and expansion induce the company to produce goods at lower cost and thus enable to sell products at higher profit. In a developing country, cost could be reduced by increasing the number of production.

Dissimilarity: Arranging fund immediately could be a great problem of a company in a developing market, which creates obstacle for expansion. It happens because of poor economic structure compare to an already developed economy. Such thing would not happen in an advanced market. Therefore, A could arrange capital immediately.
