Neuroses is relatievely mild personality disorder which is characterized by anxiety, compulsary activity, social maladjustment etc. When ever a person is at top position he has gone through lot of obstacles and has lots of experience and responsibilities as well. Hence the burden or the tension of the entire organization is on the shoulders of person. Due to work tension, management tension, the person may go into some compulsive acts or get frustrated in front of others. He may not be able to handle the interpersonal relationship with his collagues well. Due to all this he face some health problems such as hypertension or cholestrol etc.
