As three genes are involved it is a case of double crossover in which the genotype with highest number of offspring represent the no crossover and the lowest represent the double crossover and the rest are single crossover. The 'c' gene is in between the gene a and b. So the map distance between b and c genes is 10.81 map units. The calculation is shown below:-

So the correct option is 10.81 map units.( the distance between gene b and c).
