Answer #1

Answer: Conflict between

Any sort of incompatibility or disagreement between crucial members of a construction team leads to conflict. This conflict increases the level of risk on the project.

(Unfamiliarity may not be an issue to increase the risk as it can be easily overcome).

(Coordinated effort among the team members will not lead to risk. In fact it enhances the project completion with ease).

(Loss of any team members may lead to partial delay in work till the loss is replaced but does not increase the level of risk of the project to any major extent).
