How are the prices set at your place of employment? What strategy would they say is being used? If possible, please include a comment on pricing from a manager or owner
I believe that the price of products and services set at the organization where I work is based on certain factors and they are the process set by the competitors, the price required to maintain quality, the price that will help make better business, etc. The strategy is very simple, the price needs to be close to that of their competitors and if possible, less than what they are offering because that will help the organization have a competitive advantage over the competitors and help do business in the industry as well. Managers state that price has been a major competitive factors fo certain products and we have tried to keep it within the range of all customers so that customers temd to purchase our products, irrespective of their financial status.
