Answer #1

3. I have worked for an university engineering college, where the principal of the college is Dr. VSK Reddy, who is a great academician as well as a great leader also. He is good human, having reflections of humanity always. He resolves any kind of issue with simple techniques and tactics. Under his supervision, our college received many achievements in short span of time. He is a good leader as well as manager too. He fulfilled the obligations, responsibilities which need to be carry from the position.

4. Yes, I have explained above that he is a great leader as well as a great manager too. The issues, how complicated they are, how difficult they are, or what the involvement of people there are he simply resolve it. He always prefer that organization comes first, and the remaining comes later. He acts according to the situations or requirements and takes wise and bold decisions according to the conditions and requirements.

5. Personally I do not have experience about these leaders, who is a leader but not a manager. For example, there is a boss, who made all the rules and do not consider the implications of the idea can be comes under a leader but not a manager. He may not bothered about the execution of the rules. And on the other hand, a manger is the one, who always thinks about execution of orders, but not thinks about taking the initiation.
