The client also revealed that her parents are unaware of her behavior. Discuss the ethical dilemma that Dr. Jones must address, and steps she might consider in deciding whether and how to disclose confidential information.

Dr Jones must talk to her first , and should know the condition and problem she is facing . After that he should find out a solution for her because ethically this is right , and Dr Jones must ensure that the girl is given a councelling , so she does not do all this again . So after this the girl should talk to this with her parents and Dr Jones must accompany her so her family can understand her situation . And after all this parents should make sure that the girl is coping up with the problem and she is not in trouble .

Every step here is important and crucial because this will be the right way and ethical way to do this .
