If the domestic and foreign market is similar, it actually may help in the overall process of marketing mix transfer although it is not simple and straightforward as in the foreign market, the competitors are different and comparatively strong both in terms of quality and quantity and as they will serve a different culture, the mix needs to be tailor made accordingly.
