Position job description must look like the one demonstrating key skills required, total experience and comoany background as well as key tasks that needs to be implemented along with KPIs and the reporting manager designation alongwith total dotted reports to this job description.

An ideal specification would be candidate with 5+ years of experience with MBA or equivalents degree and having strong acumen towards leading and managing teams of 10+ size.

The key skills for project manager must be Leadership, Team Building, Management, Execution, Strategic Planning, People management, relationships management.

Corporate governance by project managers rrquires ethical leadership and all thus abive skills become important to be awar eif industrial laws and regulations and complying them to stay risk averse and insulated against litigation.

Stakeholders management is widely used in processes like convincing customer and senior management and top decisions makers.

Similarly organisational management is used in execution and implementation of new projects and ideas and delegation of key tasks and building new teams for each if them.

Hiring and Talent management of Project Managers

Staffing global organisation requires methods like Social Media Hiring, Referral Hiring, and Thid Party Consulting based Hiring which gives quality candidates.

Social media hiring is best for cultural fitments however can be skeptical which is disadvantage as it doesnt give an holistic view.

Referral hiring is another effective way because of trust and Recommendations shown. However it can be disadvantageous if referrences are unchecked and unverified.

Consulting based hiring gives top level candidates based on requirements and expectations. However disadvantages being cost of hiring is very high.
