Building Information Modeling it is a collaborative process that allows the various stakeholders , architecture , engineer , constructor experts to come together on the designing , planning and construction of a 3D based model . These models are designed on software like AutoCAD which presents a blueprint on the working of these models under certain type of loading , bending and stress conditions . The key point of using these software are to visualize various aspects of a building and also the dimensions which in 2D is not very easy , autoCAD works on 3D which provides much more illustrations . In a BIM all the data get stored at one place an that stored data can be modified easily and testing of the changes should be done on these software which makes the construction more easy , durable and reliable as well . Because of the information that is being stored on the software itself . Their are various levels in BIM which are listed below :
All these levels are dependent on how much information are being shared , which the construction going forward their is a very big scope of 4D , 5D and 6D modelling as well . So that it would be more easier to understand the working .
BENEFITS FROM BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING :
NAMES OF HOSPITALS THAT ARE USING BIM EXTENSIVELY :
Hope so you would appreciate my efforts , Thank you for providing me this opportunity , Please provide ratings .

Paraphrase and summarize the 10 benefits of BIM in healthcare in your own words As the requirements for healthcare facilities are growing in size and complexity, acceptance and adoption of BIM is also increasing. Why do we see this transition? And what are the benefits that BIM imparts for a healthcare building construction project? Here we mention a few: 1. Converting Visualization into Reality - Augmented Reality: The real world environment elements are augmented by the computer generated visuals and...
Paraphrase and ssummatize the article into throes paragraphs: introduction, body and conclusion BY DAVE BARISTA, MANAGINU EDITUR While the emergence of building information modeling is no doubt providing huge advantages in cost and time savings on all types of projects, perhaps no other building type stands to benefit more from BIM than healthcare facilities, where cost and schedule are crucial and where quality control can literally be a matter of life and death. "BIM is a perfect fit for healthcare...

Heels, a shoe manufacturer is evaluating the costs and benefits of new equipment that would custom fit each pair of athletic shoes. The customer would have his or her foot scanned by digital computer equipment, this information would be used to cut the raw materials to provide the customer a perfect fit. The new equipment costs $101,000 and is expected to generate an additional $40,000 in cash flows for 5 years. A bank will make a $101000 loan to the...
