Answer #1

The inventory management performance of each store could be measured by calculating the ordering costs and carrying costs for the inventory, comparing them to the amount of sales. And also determining which strategy is leading to the maximum revenue with minimum cost, in other words, maximum profit. This information can be used to inform store managers of what appears to be the most effective inventory management strategies, and suggest them to employ similar strategies.
