The correct answer is option B that is Keq>1 and delta G is <0.

As reactant are more and products are less, the reaction will be spontaneous and in forward direction.

As reaction is spontaneous, delta G will be less than 0 that means negative delta G and keq will be greater than 0 according to the formula

Delta G = - RT ln Keq
