For Examples of discrimination lets prentend a male and female work in the same workplace. a job opens and both apply. The male before even being interviewed is told by HR he can not have the position because he does not have a bachelors degree. A woman also applies. she does not have a bachelors either and so she gets an interview. Instead of getting the job that is posted HR gives her a job that was never posted. Thus, leaving the male without the chance to apply. extra note, the male is in college and has more qualifications than the female. The woman is also of a different race. the male is white.

explain how this is discrimination.

Ans- This discrimination is on the basis of the sexes. HR discriminate on the basis of the sex where qualifications of male is greater than the female.

This kind of discrimination causes following differences in the economy:-

1. Inequality contribute to the harassment.

2. Increase in employee turnover

3. Bad reputation

4. Causes bad impact on mental health

5. Causes instability in the economy.
