The five keys kills are: Conceptual Skills, Analytic Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Technical Skills, Communication Skills.I would have to say Conceptual skills. Heidi hired a president to manage Camp Bow Wow. That frees Heidi up for planning the future and making strategic decisions about innovative new products. Heidi is moving forward trying to get more of the $5 Billion market on pet supplies and pet related goods and services.
