1. If a germ cell of genotype A/a;B/b undergoes meiosis, it will produce 4 haploid gametes which will have two alleles. According to Mendel, the alleles segregate and assort independently during gametogenesis. So, 4 gametes will have AB, Ab, aB & ab genotypes assuming that there is no nondisjunction.
