I remembered the negative attitude experienced while working with an organization. After working for a full month, half salary has been processed and rests were kept pending.The junior recruiter person has been contacted for such a huge delay. The person in feedback said that rest amount will not be transferred as the work performance was poor. Also, it has been said that half amount that has been transferred was not deserved to receive for being a poor performer and later threaten to terminate from the job if further queries on salary come.The senior recruiter has been contacted and the performance graph sheet has been obtained from management.It is observed an outstanding performance has been achieved. The reason for the delaying of salary processing has been inquired by the senior recruiter and management from the junior recruiter.The junior recruiter has immediately processed the salary amount and apologized for showing a negative attitude.

The process done was correct and nothing could have made it faster. However further action must have been taken on the junior recruiter and also the performance graph must be given to the employees time to time. This will help it make the process much easier.
