Answer #1

NADH and FADH2 by citric acid cycle which starts with acetyl coA. These molecules then enter electron transport chain and undergo oxidative phosphorylation to form ATP.

Beta oxidation of the process of oxidation of fatty acid molecule to release on the energy stored in it. Energy is stored in the form of ATP molecules. The fatty acid first undergoes beta oxidation to get converted into acetyl coenzyme a. Acetyl coenzyme a then enters citric acid cycle to give rise to high energy electron Carriers which then enter electron transport chain to form ATP.

Beta oxidation occurs in mitochondrial matrix.
